Project Overview
The Dish is a series spanning over 2O episodes crafted over three years in collaboration with Mastercard and MLSE (home to the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto FC, and Toronto Argos). As the echoes of the Covid-19 pandemic rippled through small businesses, especially restaurants, our partnership with the MLSE creative team took on a new mission: to spotlight these establishments while expressing gratitude to frontline workers.
Adapting to the evolving landscape of the pandemic, the series shifted to embrace the gradual return of in-person dining. Our approach changed, inviting our hosts to share intimate dining experiences alongside restaurant owners and other guests.
With a relaxed atmosphere, our goal was to illuminate the stories of diverse eateries and their passionate owners, weaving in their love for their favourite teams throughout the journey.
